I like Red Steel but it sure can use some work. The control system needs more tweaking. One has to keep the wiimote aimed at the televison at all times or you will lose your bearings. Any deviation from your television screen or lapse in concentration during gun battles will cost you. Anyone have the same problem?
I agree that it was a little tricky at first but after 10min of solid playing it becomes so smooth and so frickin awesome! Im just waiting to get my nunchuks to play the multi player
Sword fights are good though.
that problem is called Attention dephacite disorder. ADD for short. lol jk
uh, no, I'm not having that problem cause I'm not a fatty!!!

jk, but trying using a chair with an armrest

and if u need to take a break just pause the game

however, I can take my remote way off-screen and easily reloacate it in fractions of a second

plus, the game is so far pretty easy, especially if you just do headshots cause it kills them A LOT faster
Yea, just rest your wrists on your lap the whole time. I doesn't care where the remote is, just so long as it points on screen. I was fine with it.
When I saw the review it looked hard..to keep your hands up without them burning.

Yeah. I've just been lying on my cough the whole time. You have a prop on your lap, and you can just slide your hand a bit to zoom in. And the whole thing gets much more fun once you have Focus. You can get plenty "respects", too.

Speaking of which, the voice acting for this is awful/amazing/so un-PC I feel like I'm going to hell just by listening.
"I am going to KEER you!"
Seriously. "keer". And "prease"

Red Steel's difficulty is also a little hard sometimes. But I agree, the game does take 10 or so minutes before you get used to the controls.
Well if it only takes ten minutes to get used to, then the learning curve is just non-existant and really if it was that quick, does it really doesn't need to be noted? I'm just being skeptical, that's all.

That aiming thing happens in Cod 3 too. But as long as you keep yourself controled you're fine. After I got used to the CoD 3 controls that problem never really happened again. Not even when I went to melee attack (thrusting remote forward).
