Stephen Totilo of MTV recently conducted an interview with Reggie Fils-Aime about the Virtual Console and other things Wii, and discovered that Super Mario Galaxy will be coming out between Q2-Q4 2007.
"And "Super Mario Galaxy"? Fils-Aime said to expect it any time between the end of March and next Christmas."
Additionally, Reggie didn't rule out the possibility of Goldeneye on Wii's VC, though he said there were many obstacles to overcome. There was also mention of online titles, and Reggie remarked players would be seeing them very early on in 2007.

Thats a large window for SMG... and as for Goldeneye... I will be having my fingers crossed.
Already knew that most online games were coming out in 2007, but if they can overcome the obstacles for Goldeneye on VC, they would be the best! Doubt they can with Rare being owned by Microsoft now though.

It would be cool as hell if they could get goldeneye up there. I wonder if it would control better with the classic controller. Would also be nice if it could be updated for online play. Maybe nintendo could get back into rares pocket and let them make good games again instead of kameo and viva pinacrap
It would be, that was one thing that held it back on the N64, the fact that the control was really uncomfortable... that joystick sucked. But if the Classic control definitely looks more comfortable.
