Does anyone know of any rumors about Mario Kart possibly being on the Wii? I have not heard anything and your insight would be great!
I have not heard anything. It would be great if there was a mariokart for the wii. I will have to look and see what i find about it when i get off of work.
All I heard is that there was going to be one... there weren't any details besides that though... a matter of fact I should look into that right now.
Thanks guys! I've been looking a little ever now and then.. here and there.. and I have not seen anything.. I would just love for this game to come out and I know my uncle is waiting as well..It would be great if they did release it.
they will. they've made one for every system since the SNES. they haven't said anything about it though
I'm sure it will come out, but I don't know when. I just hope it will be released by as late as the end of Q2 2007. I still play "Mario Kart: Double Dash!!" on GameCube with my friends every day.
It is an absolute certainty that Ninty will come out with a Wii Mario Kart. I personally would love to see it come with a steering wheel attachment to race with but the wheel would have to have buttons in the wheel to accomodate the cornering and what not. Mario Kart Wii is gonna be awesome.
That would be a cool attachment, but I doubt it will happen. Nintendo is so stoked about the Wii Remote that they would prefer you to simply hold your Wii Remote horizontally.

We have hardly any information about Mario Party 8, yet it's coming out by the end of Q1 2007. 
Well, since Mario Kart has been a console tradition ever since the Super Nintendo, I'm sure it's going to be a shoe-in. 'Specially with that steering wheel attachment.
I just wonder what you'll have to do to unleash the items, though...

As far as the steering wheel attachment, you can get one when u pick up another Wii game (forgot the name but it's really a bad game) for free with the game or you can buy the one that jakkyl posted above. I bet the contorls end up the same as when you race in Super Monkey Ball. You'll probably use the crosspad to release weapons, which would mean u could store up to 4 weapons at a time if it is like SMB but I'm not sure how they'll assign the powercurving/sliding...

Pffft, don't expect this til 08. Nintendo wants to space its big games out and Mario Kart is a pretty popular franchise.
I think it will come out Q4 2007 but that's just my prediction. It'll probably be their big game of the year or something.
Well Metroid, Mario Galaxy and Smash Bros are all coming out next year.
True Lemon, I'll be waiting though. Metroid, Mario Galaxy, and Smash Bros should hold me down til Mario Kart's arrival. I was just mainly curious as to if anyone had any news of this.
