I have the original DS, i bought the mario kart pack so it's a red one. I'm thinking of going to ebgames and exchange it and pay the difference. How much do you think they'll offer for it in canadian dollars or USD it's all the same i know how to convert.

If you go to EBgames, it's whatever they tell you it is. They have a database they go to for the value of everything and you can't barter or they just won't take it.

That is because the value of your DS was worn down from all of the possible damage you have done to it or the scracthes on the screens and maybe other stuff also.
Buy the DS lite, put your old DS in the lite box and sell it like that
Now that the Lite is almost here, the original DS will lose ALOT of its value. I'm just gonna give mine to my girlfriend, or keep it as a beater. Remember, having two DS's allow you to play against someone you know that doesn't have a DS!
lol i don't think i'm generous enough to pay 150 for my friends that don't have a DS to play with me. And about ebay... i have no clue about how to sell it, i know that all money transfers are mostly done by pay pal though.

I'd buy a Red DS from you for at least $75...but then they will make a DS Lite in Red! and I will get screwed big time...
I think you'd be screwed if you passed that price on an orriginal. Seriously for 75 more you get a little smaller with brighter screens.
