Don't be so sure you will make money on the PS3 at Ebay, I JUST got done selling one on there. It was the 60GB with 1 extra sixaxis controller, it only sold for $900. Which really isn't that much when retail cost me near $700
and then there was a heapload of fees on top of that from Ebay and Paypal. Overall I only made about $100....
But it is enough to cover some games and such...haha...my deal was that I pre-ordered it a year ago...but now I can't afford the PS3, the Wii is much more in my price range. Also, I think it would be a shame for me to use a PS3 on my sad little CRT...
But...if you have a HDTV...just think about keeping the PS3 for the Blu-Ray, looks crazy good (I just saw it in a store, Fortress Electronics here in Hong Kong).
Sigh, sometimes I think its harder to find a Wii in Canada than it is in the USA.

I never heard anything from FS or Walmart...they refused to give me any info. Infact, they actually said they don't expect any at Walmart...and wouldn't even transfer me to the Electronics section...
I heard best buy and futureshop are getting wii's friday so i'm going to get there bright and early tomorrow(convinced a friend to wait with me) and hopefully finally snag one

Well, just took and peek in my dad's room, but its biased, the only look I got was under the bed, on the other side of the bed, and a quick peek inside closet, but the closet was FULL of bags and stuff so the Wii could have been in there, I don't know, so he may have it, he may not, who knows?...
When talking to him...just say how you're going out today to go get a Wii...is he kind of says no to you and pushes you away, chances are, you're getting a Wii under the Trii
Hmm, well before, like 2 weeks before release, my only doubt is when he said, "Put something else on your list Alex, they said the Wii is gonna sell out fast and they won't ship another shipment till March." and then I countered by saying, "Well this is a small town, and i've heard that they will ship 4 million before christmas (that was news at the time) so i'm sure you'll find one." and he said "4 milion, ok."
So I dunno, but they don't mention it at all, so you know, I will probobly be getting one, thanks for the encoragement, and besides, like I said, I didn't get a good look, so he could have it stashed away in his closet right now!
I still say the "I'm going to get a wii tomorrow" might give you a little more info...lol

What I mean is that i'm giving them money, so thats all the more reason to buy it, but I may not have to, another option they can do is give me a gift card with enough money in it to buy a Wii, that also works cause then I can buy the Wii whenever I want.

yes.. there's a shipment tomorrow to.. at least Toronto's bestbuy.. rumor from ppl outside (since they have not posted official numbers) there will only be 10 ps3 + 10 Wiis.. but the "unofficial" i got from the guys in the store is 40 Wiis.. good luck hunting.. since there's already a 10ppl line-up outside the bestbuy in front of my house.. and i'm not waiting for another 8 hr in the cold for a Wii..
I'm hoping Stoney Creek won't get like this...haha...I'm looking online for when they go on sale...heard a rumour long ago it was suppose to be available for online purchase today (12/08)
