If you delete a VC game you can re-download it on to the same system you downloaded it the first time for free?

I heard some people say that, and that would save the problem of not having enough channels...
hmmm, im not sure. i wouldnt see why not, all they would have to do is have a cookie in the system that tells wii shop that they paid.
Yes. That is true.
thats interesting...
It tells you if you have already downloaded it.. the icon changes from download to another that says "downloaded" in orange or something of the sort.. and I wouldn't worry about the channels just yet. You can organize them in any which way and it would be really idioitic to delte your channels just because you want to make more room. It'll be more work in the long run.

Yes, because it can tell by the ID number of your Wii console. Your purchase is forever tied to that console, and should you loose the data, that console is permanently licensed to re-obtain the data. You may also transfer it to (but not run it off), an SD card.

Hope this clarifies the situation a little,

well said. i need to look around more for solid information that these people are finding. maybe i can answer my own questions...lol
its not only assigned to your system, its also assigned to your wii shop account. so say you need to get a new system casue your broke. you can get your games back, might take a little work, but you wont lost them.
you mean your internet connection, not the Wii shop...the wii shop wouldnt make sense..(Insight, not fact)

if what you said is true. state your source.
its not assigned to wii shop, but the account you associated with your wii shop channel when you got it, thats what its assigned to, ill look around to try to find a source, but dont hold your breath.
