i agree with you entirely, but corporations dont always see it that way. i mean heck, walmart is for the first time in a few years saying "merry christmas" at the stores, after many complaints and maybe even lawsuits( im not sure). so they tend to say happy holidays or something instead.

Nobody has the right not to get offended. I could go on and on and on, but this isn't the place to do that. Everything politically correct is hypocritical. Remember that whole Wal-mart fiasco last year? It's rediculous. The only thing that would really be of concern is if it was obvious that they were excluding somebody else on purpose. Like "Merry Christmas, screw everybody else," sure, that's a bit extreme, but that would be really the only thing Nintendo could do to be deserving off fighting back at.
