Now, this christmas, most likely in between dec. 27 to the 29th, i will be going to the nearest mega mall to attempt to get a wii. I will go to best buy, mostly due to the fact that i get gift cards for there, and such.
i am not going to get a chance to go there before christmas, so I was wondering if someone could tell me where, after i beat back the ravaging villagers, exactly where do i go to run and say to the nearest employee:

"h'loIjustgotHereIgotmoneyIdlikeawiinowpleasebeforethemobgetshereandmylifeends.kthxbai."

thanks.
Should have waited in line like the rest of us. Good luck with that. Getting a wii is like hitting the lotto these days.
I really did not have the money, and i only will once christmas comes.

creating my dilemma.

DO YOU THINK I REALLY WOULD HAVE WAITED IF I HAD THE CASH??
Nintendo has been good about keeping the shipments coming. The demand for the Wii is alot greater than expected, due to positive word of mouth.
ya, just go there now and find the gaming section so you know where to run the day of.

if all those monkey-ass people didn't have to extort them on ebay we probably wouldn't be having this discussion.

This the nature of our society. As long as people are willing to pay a higher price for the convience of not having to search/wait in line/wait for deliveries, money will always flow from the impaitent to the resourceful. The extra $100 you have to spend on the Wii to get it on eBay is the service charge for being able to sit at your home, click a few buttons, and wait for delivery. Everyone else got their wii by standing in the cold for hours, researching upcoming deliveries, and driving around checking stores constantly.

As all hot holiday items, this will cool after Christmas (both from consumers and eBay resellers), so if you're looking for a buy time of December 27th and on, you should not have much trouble.

nicely said joker. it is a service, just like if you pay some1 to clean your house cause you dont want too, the people buying wii's on Ebay ar buying them from some1 who did the work.
nicely said!
I think there's gonna be still a high demand. People who didn't get it will most likely still want it, especially parents who couldn't get it for their children. What dims down is the pressure to get it in time for the holiday, so people selling it on ebay for a profit should dwindle down considerably as well.

Not easy to find after Christmas: Yes
Hard/Impossible: No
High Demand: Yes

On another note, it may take a few days after Christmas for the next shipments to arrive.
