last night I was playing when all of a sudden my wiimote stopped working. It wasn't the batteries (I'd JUST replaced them about 45 minutes earlier)
After fiddling around with it, I realized the thing had decided to just un-Sync with the console. "Oh, that's weird" I thought to myself and proceeded to try to re-Sync up. no luck.
CRAP! I thought... all of the horror stories are coming true--don't die on me!
after about 15 minutes I finally got it to Sync properly, and now it's working.
anyone else have something like this happen?

i had a problem with the mote that came with when i tryed to sync a second, the first one just kept loosing sync. but left the wii off for a while and tried again, not had a problem since.
I had an issue with my Wii-mote and twilight princess. I was going to the Zoro boy to get his earings for bait. When I entered the graveyard I kept going in and out in and out, and I wasn't doing anything at all with the Wii-mote. I quickly saved, even though the Wii-moted made me do so on the last save area. went back to the main Wii-menu and everything was fine. Went back into the game and had to issues since.
Perhaps someone else in the apartment complex got a Wii and I'm getting some interference from an upstairs of downstairs neihbor

I started reading and then saw spoilers coming up and just ran away from my computer.
well, for starters, greenfrogthing, i would think that would be your nunchuck with a problem not wiimote, cause in zelda you move yourself with the nunchuck. but for the original question, ive had mine shut off once or twice, but then just syncd up again. but i have noticed that the "syncing" process is touchy, u need to do them very at the exact same time. ant ALSO DONT GIVE SPOILERS!!!! thats not cool!!! lol
yea i sometimes have a problem with mine....like when i click the disk channel and play the screen just stays black...and my remote shuts off and it wont turn back on and i have to shut off the wii and stuff and it sucks...but it only happend like....3 times since ive had it (nov 19)...so im not calling nintendo yet...o yea it did it once when i tried to go into the settings...just stayed black and shut off the wiimote...
