He was so fast that no person can use him to his FULL potential. But he's a damn good character and if he is improved anymore he'll be more broken than Sheik.

Okay, i agree with you there. That could be my problem in adjusting to him. Also would explain why he seems to drop so fast, just looks like hes moving double time.
Well from what I hear, they're looking to slow it down slightly so, perhaps that alone will fix my problem with him, although i believe his reflect should be given more ability than the the general shield one, cuz the move is lost somewhat.
Not really, Reflector is broken lol. It makes for crazy combos with "waveshines"

Yeah your pretty much right, its mega broken and makes Fox top tier. They can be stringed together into a variety of combos and have many mindgame uses.
falco is also top tier for pillaring, so i say that both characters should be toned down a little bit.
