Yes, some characters would pretty bad in Melee, and some of them should be improved for Brawl. As for me, I want Mewtwo the most improved. He was the ultimate Pokemon in Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow, but in Melee, he was the worst character! I do hope that he should improved a lot for Brawl, at least make him at least middle tier if he gets in.
I want Roy to be improved.

Ganondorf is pretty damn strong as it is.

i say kirby should be able to copy more than the common move of each character how about there defensive capabilties as well or there throwing technique it would be cool to see a little kirby link shooting a mini grapp hook and then power kicking em away

falco can already jump higher than most of the other characters.

Kirby was definitely weaker in SSBM. Jiggs raped him, but in SSB64 Kirby was in his glory days.

my girlfriend always plays Kirby when we bust out SSB64... damn little pink bugger!
He's a tough guy in SSB64, much more powerful than in SSBM.
Kirby's power was lowered in SSBM because the creators felt he was too powerful in SSB64
^^did they do the same to Ness? because he certainly wasn't nearly as awesome in SSBM than SSB64... I used to love him so! Now I only play him on occasion

Yeah they nerfed Ness as well I believe. But made Jiggs stronger.
Let's see... I want Roy, Ganondorf, and Fox Improved. Roy would be so much better if he used faster-moving stances, more tactile swordplay, (=less hack-and-slash) and more overall like a fencer's fighting style.
Ganondorf needs to be a little faster and possibly have sword combat available, and Fox needs to be a little easier to control. Bowser should be changed so that gamers outside of the noob population can use him in actual gameplay.
I agree with changing Roy's style. In Sword of Seals he was so cool but in SSBM he mirrored Marth. Which isn't accurate to the portrayal, he could be better so I hope they at least consider it.
Ganondorf I think was spot on, he just needed his energy ball attacks from OOT to have been the ultimate Ganondorf. Lets face it, he isn't about speed, he's about brute strength (ie. Triforce of Power)
Fox will probably be slowed down at lot, this will weaken him as a result. Since he uses his speed for combos.
And Bowser, I'm not sure there is much that can be done for him.
yea, cause between his low spedd and high power he's balanced.
