Help! Ok, i'm in this dungeon/sewer place, and the little weird guy on my back goes on the other side of this gate and tells me to look down, I see a hole, but it under water, and I can't/don't know how to dive, and I can't make the water go down, because if i do, i'll have to go through the spikes and i'll die, what do I do?

Not sure where your at by your description offhand, the games so huge...you could be before/ahead of my progress, not sure...but it sounds to me like you need to use the boots to sink to the bottom of the water. Did you get those yet?..or you need your diving gear?...goodluck!
No, I don't have those yet, i'm at the beginning of the game, the first time I turn into the wolf, and i'm in this like, sewer place, and the little guy, demon guy, went on the other side of this gate, I have to get to him, I see a hole on the aide of thwe wall under water, but if I put the water down, I'll have to go through the spikes and i'll die, help!
There's another place you can change the water level, so you don't actually have to go back over the spikes to get to it. Search around without crossing the spikes again and you'll find the other switch.

ok, well i found part of my answer in that guide at IGN, but since that is obviously for the Wii TP, would the directions to move the soldiers back to there positions be the oposite of what IGN said?

Ahem... To answer your question, no, everything isn't the opposite. Only thing switched is left/right and east/west. Normally I'd end my post there and have you figure it out yourself but since I just finished that part, I'm gonna reset, do it over, and write the directions GC style.

haha, well i did figure it out before you posted...but im almost positive those directions are correct (compared to what i found), at least now others wont get confused and they just have to come here to find the answer. so your work wasnt for nothin!

I lost my shield a long time ago, but cant remember where I can purchase a new one? I thought I seen one in the area those big guys are in that you can get on their back? If so which area is this I need to warp to? Any help on where to buy a new one? Thanks!
New Wooden Shields can be bought from Kakariko Village (so can Hylian Shields...)
Help, i'm in the forest temple in the room with those big plants.Now, i'm trying to expode that one big rock in the upper left hand side of the room, but everytime I try to jump with that expodespider in my arms, I drop it, what do I do to get rid of that rock? Thanks.
I think I know what you mean, I recall having similar problems. Maybe try luring it a bit further away from its little plant thing then picking it up and going for the rock...
Nope, can't, it only follows me a bit, but you see, I need to jump over a gap to get the the rock, so every time I try to jump over, I automaticly let got of the spider!..........oh, nvm, I just realized you don't need to press A to jump ^_^.
