When I fought him being a Nooby Zelda Player, he didnt hit me once.
How do I find that damned Wolf, thats not on my Map for some reason.
I got the wolf by the Howling stone in Lake Hylia.

The reason why you cant find him is because you havent unlocked that part in the map yet. The location is the gerudo desert, which is a totally different part of the map (you havent been there yet so you didnt unlock that part of the map). So, just progress with the story, and youll end up in the gerudo desert, once your there you willl see him on your map.

When do I meet the Great Fairy? and what does she do? (I herd she's in TP.)
The Great Fairy is found in Gerudo Desert in the Cave of Ordeals. She doesn't exactly do much but every time you beat 10 rooms she released fairies into one of the springs where you find a light spirit (Ordon, Faron, Kakariko, Lanayru...). Beat all 50 and you can talk to her in the Lanayru Province and she'll fill one empty bottle with Great Fairy Tears.
great fairy tears fully heal you, and temporarily boost your attack power. (due to the easyness of the game, your really dont need great fairy tears. but its fun to get never the less
)

When you enter the Twilight Realm for the Twilight Palace you'll get it after completing a few tasks. And it only glows while in the Twilight Realm.

You don't have to follow that format anymore.
To answer your querstion... You can teleport it to Eldin Bridge to repair it.

ok well me and my slow self just found out how to get into the shop where the magic armor is, and im just wondering: what do i have to do to be able to hold that many rupees to purchase this? also is there any other events i have to complete to get it as well? i know some might think the armor is pointless, and so do i, but im going for 100% completion and im getting closer. down to the last few poes, heart pieces and bugs.
I'm having trouble with the section where you escort Ilya and Telma to Kikariko -- I only have a couple of arrow left -- not quite enough to get past the orc on the bridge and deal with those effin' birds. Where can I buy/find arrows at this point in the game? I've been roaming around killing things and cutting down grass hoping to find some, but haven't had any luck.

You can buy them back in Kakariko Village I'm fairly certain.
