Hi, just want to know if anyone has noticed this.
Basically when i go into the Mii channel, sometimes the Wii crashes before it loads the Mii Plaze. It stays on a black screen for ages.
Im thinking this could be due to sothing with the internet connection, the router is acting up so maybe it causes it to crash.
Also is the Wii supposed to get hot on standby?
hot :S mines never got hot. as for the black screen mine does that if it tries to download something while opening up a app / game. it seems to freeze until its done.
i've decided to actually switch the console off from the mains now, just to be on the safe side.
havent had any problems but it's not hooked up to the internet...so yeah
yeah kaedyn it's when it's looking for new mii's for mii parade or that have been sent. if you added a lot of friends at once, it might just be getting there info. not really a crash.
saying that tho, my wii has been on standby all night and day and its warm. not hot!

Thanks dude, i wont panic now, lol, i started to get scared, becuase replacing my wii would be a nightmare as there arnt any in the UK
I never even see any miis in my mii parade. How many miis to you guys normally have in your mii parade?
Sometimes you just gotta' wait for it to load up. It could take a while.. I noticed this for the Mii's in Wii Sports and the Mii Channel obviously.
