Seriously Miyamoto spoke about it at the E3 this year. It would be a mix of MSN and Maxi, a japanese blog compagnie/website. And he was serious about this.....
I really was scared to even read this post. It's too good to be true. We all want Wii demos and the possiblilty of a hard drive of some sorts. I almost wish I could go back and not read this just in case it's not real. Too heartbreaking if it's not.
i'm crossing my fingers for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but this just could be a big rumor all together.
I personally think that a game that is most probable for them to do this with are some games from Wii Play or Wario Ware. The nature of these games I think makes it easy for them to offer them as they can just put one or a couple games in, and by doing this maybe the size of the demos wouldn't be too massive. I do think though that no USB drive will be supported (at least with these now).
It doesn't mean anything... the USB drive bit. They probably know nothing about them. Considering nowhere else has anything about USB drives.. it's just crap.
for one, we had a thread confirming this a LONG time ago, so the whole demo idea is old and official. so stop worrying, the only speculation is the USB hard drive. BUT as far as these demos go, they could do it with anything, think about the 360, u can DL demos of new games all the time, its just like 1 level. so for instance, they could have a demo of the first level of metroid, it would be easy.
but like i said, this is confirmed, not just speculation, ill try to find the link for it later.
