ugh, I always have trouble with these water temples. It seems as though I have gone through every door, the water level in the temple has been raised twice and it allows me to reach the boss door, however I do not know where the boss key is. Does anyone know where it is?
argh, where was it, I did it a couple of days ago, the boss key is in the very central room, down the bottom in a cage thing I think, but you need a key to open it, I'm pretty sure that's where it is
^lol keep looking! Toungue
There are two entrances to the Big Key room - one from above, and one from underwater. If you go from below, you won't be able to get it, because it's on a platform that's too high to get to. You'll find happy piranha fish in there, too.

From the center room, go through the right door on the lower floor once you get the water flowing through it. Knock down the rock on the geyser so you can climb on top of it, then jump. Once you get over the wall go through the room with the gears to the other side and you'll find a room that's filled with water passages (and an exploding fish, I believe). Make your way through to a room (you climb out for this one, it's in the southern part of the room, but NOT through the passageway you'll see). Once inside, you should see one of those slime blobs and a clawshot target. Hook onto the target, and ride it down into the room with the chest that holds the big key.
yeah. what she said (i guess. been like 3 weeks since i went through that temple)
i only remember it cause it took me forever to find the evil top room ^^ i retraced my steps a few times before realizing that the place I couldn't find was right in front of me ^^;;
i couldn't figure out how to get to the boss door. i ended up sliding off the stairs and barely landing on the platform in front of the door. i somehow doubt that was the intended way of getting to it, but whatever works i guess
