Use to love this game on the Super Nintendo....though I'd like to see Sim Tower on there, but I think it was just a PC game.

SimEarth was the shiznit. you could alter the terrain, climate, even evolve life forms throughout the evolutionary chain (single cell, multi-cell, microscopic plants, fish, reptile, etc. etc. etc.). even evolve things like octupi into super inteligent octupi who would use tools and eventually fly off in a spaceship

Sim City is fun if you realize it's a simulation on building and maintaining a city. How many residentials will you have compared to commericial properties and such, and watch out for those industrial sites cause they cause polution. ..............OMG where did that UFO come from.............

sounds like a prequel to Spore.

I thought nomad was talking about SimCity, so I was a little disapointed when I didn't find super intelligent octopi. oh well, seeing Bowser stomp all over my feeble 7000 pop. practice town was a reason in and of itself to part with the 800 points.

Progress report: I managed to get a 30,140 pop. town in practice! As soon as I topped 30,000, a message board thing popped up! Only problem was, instead of congratulation for completing the practice, I got fired. Weak. Really weak. It's not like it's my fault if the fleet of cops from the 7 police stations and police headquarters don't stop munching on donuts to stop crime, or if my citizens don't get off their lazy @$$'s and get jobs at that factory.
