Nintendo's announced that the trial version of the Wii's Opera web broswer will be released to Europe on Friday the 22nd. The browser will be free until, when it will cost you 500 Wii points to download.

The browser will support flash and will have Wii specific features to make browsing more comfortable. There's no word on when a download will be available to non PAL regions.

the broswer seems really cool i tried it today

It's ok. Not great, but alright.
Hopefully they'll clear some things up, and maybe make the browsing a little easier in the final version.

I'm posting this on mine right now. Its pretty cool.
