Chrono Trigger is like.... a milestone. Even at this day and age. Please put it on the VC!
If this game appears on the VC then its greater cousin must appear as well, Final Fantasy VI.

how far did you get? If you only got as far as Guardia in 600 AD... that's all just intro. (The story starts to pick up once you get to 1999 AD) The story hasn't even started! oh man, it gets sooooo good!
Anyway, glad to see at least a few people are wanting to see this!

I think you got Chrono C(h)ross and not Chrono Trigger... Chrono C(h)ross is the sequel and I personally prefer the original on SNES.
No, Chrono Trigger went to PSone as well as part of a compilation, I can't remember what the game was paired with though.

it was released on the PS1 in "Final Fantasy Chronicles" which was FFIV and Chrono Trigger.
Regarding Chrono Cross, though... I love Chrono Trigger soooo much that I bought a PS1 JUST for Chrono Cross haha

21.12.06 - Square Enix könnte bis auf weiteres vielleicht keine Spiele auf Virtual Console anbieten. Das schreibt die japanische Game Labo in ihrer Gerüchterubrik.
Darin heißt es, dass es im Moment keine Pläne bei Square Enix gibt, Spiele auf Virtual Console zu veröffentlichen.
Offiziell hat Square Enix bislang noch keine Titel angekündigt; der Publisher hat die Meldung der Game Labo nicht weiter kommentiert.

For all of those that don't speak/read german... here in short:
The japanese magazin "Game Labo" had written in the Rumors Cornor that Square Enix for the moment have no plans to release ANY game on the Virtual Console... so I think it looks bad for Chrono Trigger.
