Does anyone else here just want this series (1,2,3) really badly. It's their flagship franchise. At least #1 should be out by the end of the year. I want that and 3 particularly badly.

I want Mario Bros. 1 and 3 pretty badly.

Mario Bros 2 sucked and wasn't even the actual second game.

Stupid Nintendo thinking Lost Levels was too hard.

Well, Super Mario Bros. 1 is coming out (in the USA atleast) on Christmas day.

Hopefully the others follow.

Though, I would prefer they just release super mario all-starts so we could have them all in one nice easy purchase

Do you think Nintendo would do that straight away? Lol, no way. They want to wait. And then go "Oh by the way, here's All Star"

Off Topic: I evolved into a Yoshi.

I still have that multipack for the SNES....but I'd like to see Mario 2, cause it was an oddball.  Actually it wasn't really a Mario game, but had the players and enemies masked to look like a Mario game. Anyone ever hear of Doki Doki Panik?

Mario Bros: Lost Levels was meant to be the sequel if I'm correct?

i liked Mario Bros. 2. it was unique. you threw things at enemies instead of jumping on them. i never understood that. it also introduced my 2nd favorite Mario character, ShyGuy. he's just so small and cool

wasn't it mentioned as a girl in the opening of the game or instruction booklet once or something then mentioned as a guy afterwards? maybe it just had a gender operation. such an odd little critter.

Or they could just price All Stars higher than just a single SNES game.
Do you think Nintendo will wind up releasing other made for VC packages like All-Stars? Something like Bomberman pack, Yoshi Collection, Zelda Series, etc.

I don't see a Bomberman pack cause that's Hudson, but I'd love to see a Zelda series pack.

I don't want the all-stars pack. It has different graphics to attest to the SNES abilities. I may sound wierd, but I want the plain old mario.

Anyway, I doubt they'd release All stars, when they know good and well that many will be willing to pay for several NES games instead.

I would like to see them release the real Super Mario Bros. 2 (lost levels) in 8-bit on the VC.

I gots to have number 3. And I'll take 2 I guess just to complete the series.

Which is why they'd do it once each of the games had already been released. And I doubt that's going to happen before 2008.
