Did anyone actually buy a Virtua Boy? I did at Target for $35.00 and it still wasn't worth it. Neat idea, but it made me see red.
I rented it once. Teleroboxer was good fun, but this other spaceship game (there was only one) was a load of crap.
I bought one on opening day with Wario land and to this day I still play it from tiem to time
- later I got a 2nd one from a buddy
i tried one at a friends house it made dizzy and you don't want to know the details
i saw the graphics once they looked just red and black
the red and black was the whole virtual part man...
i don't think they even sold them here in the uk, if they did it was in some seedy back ally shop.

That thing made me see blue lines after a while of playing it. Funky system it was indeed.
$20 @ Walmart. Owned all but 5 or so games released for it in the US at one time, never paid more than $5 per game. Good for the price.
they were fun... I had one and couple games. i remember playing mario tennis on it =P but after awhile your head started to hurt. plus it when thru batteries like crazy
