I dunno if this was already posted... if it was, my apologies.

Quote:
In an interview with GamePro, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communication talked The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for the Wii. While he went over some of the more recent issues surrounding the game, such as price ($50, Wii or GameCube), mirroring (the Wii version has been flipped from its GCN counterpart), and length (70+ hours), the most interesting parts of the interview seemed to reveal that Nintendo has some plans for the Wii version of Twilight Princess well after launch.

When asked what sort of online features they were looking forward to in the future, Harrison responded with, “Downloadable content, such as additional levels.” And, after being questioned about the chances of a post-release online component (presumably that means online multiplayer, given the question above), it didn’t seem likely, “I haven’t heard of anything yet. I think everyone is still busy trying to make sure the game gets out correctly.”

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Though the interview presented at GamePro’s website seems straightforward enough, there has been some debate as to whether Harrison was talking about the Wii version of Twilight Princess or just the Wii in general when he spoke of downloadable content. Of course Nintendo executives haven’t exactly proven the most reliable of sources (a certain region locked debacle comes to mind), so we’ll let you know if we hear anything contrary to this story. Be sure to check back at VGGEN often!

Source.
Their Source.
I haven't played the game on Wii so... I dunno....ya...

yeah too bad for me.

I'll miss out on that. but I love the GCN version better anyways
it would be cool if it had some kind of online pvp thing
a Four Swords Adventure!

Honestly.... more dungeons..

Remakes a few ones from the OoT and MM sieres.

Boss Trials.
I would add these:

1) Forgotten Forest (OoT's Kokiri Forest, Lost Woods, & Forest Temple)
2) Wind Temple (From TWW, since it was there before Hyrule Sank)
3) Earth Temple (From TWW, same explanation as above)
4) Forsaken Tower (Ganon's Tower from other games)
very cool!
an interesting downloadable content item would be the ability to play as Sheik. IMO
Cool, I'd like to see more minigame content or easter eggs to make the game more fun instead of extending the content. Link vs ARWING anyone?
ARWING?
lol, that's a funny thing in OoT. My friend tried it once; he osmehow died. X_X

Anyways, yeah, if not new areas, they should add more characters to use in certain places (The Dodongo from OoA, anyone?).

Easter egg in OoT.

I remember reading this a LONG time ago. There's a 0.1% chance that TP will have downloads. It's probably something that Nintendo might look into more seriously for the next Zelda game.

lol that's cool! I remember seeing a vid of that on youtube. Smile

I concur! I always feel very satisfied after beating a boss, but then feel sad realizing that the only way I can do it again is by playing through the game up to that point, and I'm not much of a fan of replaying adventure games--I want to beat it, finish with 100%, and usually that's it. Boss trials would add sooooooo much replay!

Better yet... something to make the bosses hard.

Don't collect heart containers. Smile

eh that would still be easy, i finished the goron mines boss with only half a heart gone, though the fights are fun. i think if nintendo made the bosses harder then they wouldnt be as fun. my opinion.....acceppt it or shut it! Toungue j/k!

Better Idea:

Hard Mode: Limit to Hearts Containers. 1/4 extra damage. More enemies. Challenging Dungeons.
i would like a harder cave of ordeals as well as harder bosses, i mean, i never died or used a fairy in the entire game. It needs to be harder or at least have a hard mode.
