think the pierced guy/gal is wrong about not keeping its definately a buy and you should really have this game in your library, i love it, even tracks i have beaten at s, i will run again cuz its fun, and thats the name of the game right?
of course i might feel differently if i was a gamefly member
Yeah, I haven't beaten all of the tracks yet (not even close in fact), but I already enjoy just going back and picking a random track and going out and seeing how far I can jump, how much I can bash the other trucks, how many crazy tree runs I can get, etc. And to me beating all the tracks on S isn't just about unlocking reverse mode, it's the fact that I haven't beaten the game until I do that. In many cases it is pretty easy to get a B or an A on a track, but that S requires some extra effort, maybe even a slightly different truck choice with stats better suited to the course (this has made a big difference in some cases for me). I think if you just look at this as a rental and are simply trying to finish it then yeah, it's a pretty shallow game. But it reveals more depth IMHO when you really try to master it.
Personally, although I'd say it's a good rental too, it's also a great buy and well worth the money. I definitely think this is a game I'll still be playing a couple of years down the road (unless they release Excite Truck 2

).
What do you have to do to get multiplayer unlocked?
Errr yah....nevermind on that. I'm a moron.
Just needed to sync the second wii-mote. Pretty much ran through the excite level trying to unlock it before I figured it out.
