Dr.Mario should become a Mario skin rather then a whole new character, but I definetly think he needs to stay in the game. He's probably the biggest bad-ass on the whole roster besides the upcomming Snake.

I dunno, man... I rarely use jigglypuff, but he was the only one I could beat the last event match with (against gannondorf, mewtwo, and gigabowser) hooray for rest!
plus, being beaten by jigglypuff is definitely one of the more humiliating things that can happen in SSB

Jigally Puff should leave forever....all i remmeber about it is that when ever i pressed B-UP...it sang...and that killed me when i got kicked off the edges...ughh:>_<:
