down a (on ground)
grab and down throw
and fair
The best part about her broken character are the easy combos.
From grab to dthrow you can tech chase left or right (which ever way they roll) and to a dash a... so easy.
Her ftilt is also unbelievably strong.
Utilt as well.
Just so much about her thats broken.

And as for Dr. Mario, just make him a costume for Mario. Much like Blood Falcon is a costume for C. Falcon in SSBM.

they made luigi have a different moveset than mario when they made ssbm, so they'll be able to make a different moveset for dr. mario.

But the thing is Dr. Mario IS JUST ANOTHER Mario, I mean that in the sense that Luigi was a different person. Dr. Mario is Mario with another costume on hence why being an alternate costume for Mario makes sense.
