how long does it take for a conection between two wii's to know that they have each others friend code?
the fastest was about 5 minutes, sometimes it takes about 30 mins though, but I've had it take as long as about 3 hours!
Once both parties have enter the Wii number it shouldn't take that long. Should be less than an hour but I've heard of cases like OS mentioned too.

well for me, (granted i havent added one sense a few days after launch) i entered it during the middle of the day, and it didnt register untill i woke up the next morning.
