This was stated in an earlier thread by myself, however felt it necessary to acknowledge and bump to its own thread.

If anyone has any interest in creating Flash based games to play through the Wii Opera browser let me know. I'm busy as hell these days and barely have enough time to throw down on some gameplay or putzin around in a forum so would basically only be capable of coding for the time being. But if anyone is tight with a Wacom tablet and can throw down on graphics hit me up. I have studio access to fully licensed progz to publish files that can't be tracked to a crack.

Let's get on this and tear it up with some nice cursor based apps optimized to fit the Wii that will make the Wii-less chaps out there bunch themselves in their corns and rice.
have you seen wiicade.com i think that is what its called. I know they have a bunch but if you don't have much time you might beable to work with them.
i tried lineflyer.com and the wii would not let me play the games
Some of those Wiicade.com games wont work on Wii such as Paintball(I think thats the name)
I'm sure the reason for it is that the SWF files were published in Flash 8. From what I understand Internet Channel Beta is only capable of handling Flash 7 (MX 2004) and below. So until we get the finalized browser in the Spring compromise is gonna have to be made.
Yea, many wiicade games don't work for me. I fear that Flash 8+ may not work for us even in the final version. Right now, Flash 7 is the latest for all but Windows and Mac. They're flash 9. As I'm in linux right now, the highest I have is 7 for linux, unix, and BSD and whatnot. I fear that it will stay flash 7 for a while, until all platforms get updated again to a new universal version.
