i think i saw something like this before, but i have no time to look.
what if i constantly move my wii due to lack of signal in a certain room.(unplugging the power). do things like mii's and messages i was supposed to recieve dissapear into thin air if the wii loses internet connection? or do they wait at a nintendo server or something and get to me once i get the connection running again?

Until the transfer is fully completed and confirmed, the data remains on a Nintendo server.
confirmed, and server.
that is some VERY reassuring info. thanks!
ive lost some messages, yesturday i was testing my wii. it was because i did something wrong with the configuration. but now it works. the only thing ive noticed is that it take a really long time for the messages to get to the wii or the other way around
I've never lost any messages but when I first connected my Wii I accidentally put the month one month in advance. I didn't notice it and after several days I realized it and changed the month to the correct month. I couldn't move the messages I received on the days I set incorrectly but they didn't disappear. You can delete messages if you like though.
