A good friend of mine just finished creating an Wii Sports DVD Case insert in order to avoid scratching that disc by always sliding it in and out of the cardboard case. The file is a 4mb pdf file and looks official. I'm bringing this case to you guys and you alone. I couldn't get the file to attach to this post. If a moderator could help me out with uploading it to the site I would appreciate it. As of right now I am hosting it off of my own server which is dedicated to my portfolio for employers.

There are many sites where you can get a cover like this. I can't remember the link of top of my head but if anyone needs it I'll look it up. I printed mine out a long time ago cuz I didn't want my scratched up either.

Right on...well I found some sites but they took them down because jack offs were stealing the images and selling them (like the tool advertising his cases in a thread here on ebay) So I'm gonna keep the link alive here for about 24-36 hours then kill the link.

You can buy white DVD cases... and I think Nintendo's online store carries spare "official" Wii cases... the only difference is the engraved "Wii" logo on the inside I believe
I just bought a premade one off ebay, spent a few bucks cause I was too lazy to print it out myself, that and I couldn't find a white case. This one actually looks pretty good too.
This one was made in Illustrator and fits the dimensions of a DVD case. So all you have to do is print. No scaling or anything of those sorts. It's ready to go.

I am also having a hard time finding a white case. Today went looking for one, found a Wii system, nunchucks, classic controllers, but no white DVD case -_- Can anyone let me know where to find one???
I know you can find them on ebay, however vendors are selling white cases in bulk of 25 and 100. Other than that I'm not sure.
