Hey everyone, checking wikipedia on new wii games i came across a list of the characters in Mario Party 8. Blooper and Hammer Bro. have been confirmed as the new Mario Party 8 characters. Im not to excited about it.

Aww I wanted Link, Zelda, Marth, ganon, and so and so.
But if you put the characters Cloud listed..I think the characters would kill the mario party goal such as friendly for little children and etc..But Cloud does have a point I would Love to have the characters such as Link Marth etc.but Samus or maybe even Rayman lol...But mostly they wouldnt fit in.
Afterall it is a Mario Party. I like the characters already listed. This could be my first mario party purchase, so the more characters the better!
Yeah, I think Mario Party is only going to have characters found in Mario games (I know your thinking SSB series is a mario game but that's different). The more characters you can pick from the better I think. I wonder how many will be playable at the start. Same as 7?

Good idea, but it could ruin the characters' image a bit, since some of the minigames are a bit childish (such as getting swept down a river while emitting a fake cry)
did anyone honestly believe they were gonna get Link, etc.?!?! wow...
