Well I don't know and probably alot of other people don't know either so please go ahead and speak the words of truth.

You must add someone's Wii number to your Wii address book but don't forget to PM to tell/ask them. They also need to add your Wii number as well. You can find Wii numbers here but don't forget to PM people so that they know.

If you're taking about WiiLoaded's built in forum buddy list, then:
