hmmm, try cleaning it. If that doesnt work contact nintendo for a new one. I am sure they would give you a new one sense it was free anyway.

It doesn't do anything at all when you put it in the Wii? If not then you will have to contact Nintendo to get a replacement. Wii Sports was the first game I played, can't imagine playing another game first. Don't worry though, they'll give you a replacement without too much delay from what other people are posting.

Yeah, I second, third, fourth, whatever that you should contact Nintendo. There are sometimes errors in manufacturing the discs, you may just have a bum disc.

Well...what do you mean by not work? Did it not register in the Wii, not load when you clicked it...? Cause I know that a few times, I'd had to sit watching a black screen for 10-15 mins, but then it would load. Good time to make sure everyone takes care of their business, even though it's a little aggrivating.
But yeah, as everyone said, Nintendo would be the one to ask about what to do.
