I was just curious, I copied my Mii to my remote. Now im curious if they sync together to keep the stats the same? Say you take your remote to a firends and play bowling and score a perfect game, and come home and the console one your high score is 225. Will it know this and do it by itself to accomodate the larger/highest scores on games?

I just dont want to overwrite my scores...

when I play a game like bowling and you select your Mii, I pick my character from my console rather than the actual remote...what is the proper way to keep my stats going? Play from the console and copy to the remote for backup?
No, when you transfer a mii to someone elses console all of your stats are reset. I have done this on 3 different consoles all with the same result. I had to start from scratch on each console.
Did you transfer it directly to their console or just play with your Mii from your control? I know when you play wii sports you can pick from console/guest/remote.

I am wondering if I should try to just play from my Wii on my remote and thats it. But then if your control breaks/dies you lost your stats too.

Maybe I will just keep me on my console and thats it..but it'd be fun to take my Mii to friends for games to compete/keep stats...
I have always transferred it, I forgot about the remote option. It is possible that will work but I am not holding my breath at this point. When you put it on the controller though it copies your mii, it does not actually remove it.
I'm guessing you'd have to transfer your Wii Sports save, as everything is saved there.
none of my friends have Wiis, so I don't have this problem--they all just come to my place to play ^_^
I want to know how much space MiI's take up on the console memory
i like happynoodleboy's idea.
My friends want to play CoD3 at my house when I get it, but maybe I can talk them into Wii Sports.
Big Grin
They'll be taking turns at COD3 because it's only 1 player. That really should have been multiplayer. If it were then I'd get it for sure. Alone only for single player I may still get it but I'm not as anxious to get it.
