Dude...they're being shipped all the time. I have one. I live in Canada.
You have to ask the stores were you live, they know when there getting them in.
I've been calling in and asking daily...they just say "no we don't have any!" I then ask when they'll be getting them, and NOBODY knows (supposedly)...

Weird I live in New Brunswick and I was able to get some help. Have you tried Future Shop? They really helped me, they told me when they get thm in and that if I called the next day they'd save me one. If you haven't tried them then I'd advise so.
Yeah, all mine said was that it's random shipments. Also, because it's a class C store, they won't receive as many as other Future Shops would.
Dang, well Wal-marts often get them. O well keep up the looking.

Tuesdays and Fridays seem to be the days in Canada. I went to Best Buy last Friday and got one. There were only 5 but it does seem like they still follow some sort of scheduel.
Its best to ask in-store rather than by phone. They outright lie on the phone just to get poeple to stop calling. Right after launch I phoned Future Shop and they said after Christmas and I got one like 4 days later. My other advice would be to check message boards everywhere.
