Yes. this tunip is very rare to get, practically tunip spamming is the only way of obtaining it. Its percentage from 0% adds 30% if your over 30% in health its practically a automatic KO! And if youre really skilled [like me!] you could catch it after your opponant has been hit to use it again.

Down smash is basically a twirl. that sucks up any character especially down cancelling bastards and usually add 60% damage... if youre centered closely to them it can add +100% in damage and fling the opponant to the left or right side of the stage.

And thats one of the reasons why.
The other is because she's so hard to counter-pick a stage for. Because basically if the stage is playable she has the advantage on it lol.
Pratcially any stage except for... the Neverending Icicle Mountain is playable.
Her best is Foutain of Dreams.... well er.. my best that is... Final Destination is a automatic.
Luckily Icicle Mountain is banned from tourneys.
As for other stages she has trouble with, I was fighting against this Peach player and he didn't seem to have much luck on Pokemon Stadium.

Peach is just nearly Godly.. if she was just a lil faster... she'd be unstoppable.
If she was faster she'd be top tier. But for her to be top tier they'd have to take away Fox's waveshine.
