Anyone know if it's true? Are they really gonna put CoD 3 on the Wii? If so, I'll get it just for that!!Big Grin
Wii to get CoD 3

Yep! While the Wii may not have the graphical power of the other two, the controller seems fit for FPS, so this may be the best version (since it will not come to PC)
Ah... friggin sweet...! I'm psyched 'cause I can't play FPSs on PCs and on a console, games don't have to be installed, and i can just hide the game. Nice...Big Grin
I refuse to play FPS's on consoles because of the controller scheme (Metroid Primes were an exception as they were more of action/adventure), but I'm sure that will change once I can aim with one hand and strafe with the other!
true 'dat, my brother, true 'dat... oh, i am so alone... but seriously, I am geting the wii for the FPS capabilities. SOme might say that it lags too much... and I"m not qualified to say either way, but I don't think they would release FPSs for the Wii and have it take 2 seconds to turn 45 degrees, but that's just a hunch.Toungue Yeah, so, keep up the thread, guys, like to hear form ya'!
What's CoD?

In the Metroid interview, it was stated that you could change the sensitivity of the turning.

What does that mean?

Changing the sensitivity of the turning is good which means you can adjust it so it'll turn easier or if it already turns too easy , to tur n harder!!

What is wrong with the controller scheme? Golden Eye was was a great game and it is still lot of fun to play. I do admit it is no where near as accurate as a mouse and keyboard but it is still fun to play. I do also have to say that is great that Nintendo is innovating the way it is. This really opens doors for FPS's and RPG's on a console.

I know, the controller is perfect. It will be good. But better with a light gun attachment as advertised at e3 2006.
I'm planning to rent it today, or tommorow. Anyone say its good?

*bumps dead thread with sticking a very hot pheonix down ( right off the stove), down its throat*
i own it, dont care for it much, controls not real precise

but have only given it half an hour, like my other games way better right now, maybe down the road i will try it again
this thread was dead for 7 months. why the hell would you revive it? i'm sure we know it's on the Wii now

and you could read my review for a look at it ^_^
