i don think it was actually the Govt, bcuz i think i had one of those calls, i think it was to offer some kind of product or sumthin to ask you for donations.

I get calls like that all the time, it siply means that someone you know that works in any of the many branchs of the US Govt is calling you [VA,Postal, CIA, FBI, ect]
