If you've been anxiously awaiting the "final" official channel from Nintendo then your wait is over. According to the Associated Press the Wii's News Channel will launch in the US and Canada (nothing to indicate Europe and Australia will get it as well) this Saturday.
To use the channel you will need a broadband internet connection and the Wii's Opera web browser, which is news to just about everyone. News will be displayed through an interactive map, which users can navigate with the Wii remote.

I think so as well, but it is the last one we know about that's been announced.
i Dont know if you said it is coming out on Saturday but it is actually out now. Just hit update on the News channel and you will have it. It is very cool.
It was announced as Saturday but I guess Nintendo was too excited to wait. Again
Yeah, apparently. It came out yesterday here as well.
Technically that was Saturday for you right? At least Nintendo got it right in one half of the world.
actually I got the message about it last night. I was just about to watch the movie Crank when my wii's light starts flashing blue.
Off topic: Kindrik I love what you did to the reviews section! It was you who did it right? I like!

I suggested it, but it was a team effort (of me and D4rk) to get it done.
