We have already seen the Miis showing up in Wario Ware and I am sure that other games will pick up on it.

I can sort of see this as being a nice concept...I'd first like to see the Mii Area expand into something a little more detailed. Right down to drawing your own design ala Tony Hawk.
I can think of a bunch of games that would be nice to see the Miis actually playing within them. Any shooter game would be fun. I could imagine playing Red Steel 2 and shooting my Mii buddies on online and local play.
There is potential for lots of Mii inclusion. Hope it happens.
