I'm sure someone else has thought of this, and may have posted this before but I couldn't find it. I work shift work and like to unwind by playing games in the basement. The problem is, my wife and kids like to play the wii upstairs, so what I did was use Velcro "buttons" to mount the receiver part of the wii to the top of the tv instead of the permanent 2 way tape that's supplied. Another pair of "button" halves were put on the top of the upstairs tv as well. It is quite a sturdy mounting system and allows for portability. You can get these "buttons" at any dollar store or hardware store. Hope this helps someone out there.
