Japan will be getting some great games come this February and at the top of the list is the much anticipated Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Many Wii owners around the world have been waiting for this game to hit the VC and in Japan the wait will be over soon. This is great news indeed and brings hope to other countries that they too may see Ocarina of Time soon on their VC.

With everything great comes a catch. Up until now N64 games for the VC have been priced at 1000 points. Nintendo knows just how big a game this is and for this game the price has been raised in Japan to 1,200 points. Still, a game of this caliber will perhaps cause the price change to go unnoticed or overlooked. The rest of the VC lineup for Japan is below.

GIVE US ALL THIS GAME IN ENGLISH, lame VC.

According to Wikipedia it stands for the Genealogy of the Holy War

Quote:
Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu (ファイアーエムブレム 聖戦の系譜, Faiā Emuburemu: Seisen no Keifu?, Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War) is a Japanese Super Famicom tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo in 1996. It is the fourth game in the Fire Emblem series, and was the last game produced by Gunpei Yokoi. The game widely received recognition outside Japan through imports or console emulation, especially in the United States and Europe since the release of Super Smash Bros. Melee, even though Marth and Roy do not appear in the game. It was unofficially translated into English through emulation. On December 27, 2006, Nintendo announced that it would be released on its Japanese Virtual Console service on January 30, 2007.

Mmhm, it does indeed. I may have come across a copy by other computer related methods and fan translation patches... BUT I WANT THE GAME OFFICIALLY TRANSLATED!!

Nintendo must have seen how Fire Emblem's popularity has began to flourish, what better way to milk it than translate the first 5 console games?

Come on Nintendo + Intelligent Systems.
I'd love to see the fire emblem games be translated and put on the VC, I'd buy them in a flash.

I'm not sure if i'm to keen on the rising of the price thing. I mean sure the game is big. But this game will sell like hotcakes thich might make Nintendo think that people don't care if you raise the price...I care!
Thats gay that Japan gets it first, and GAY that it costs 1200, I WANT IT FOR FREE FOR ONE HOUR!
Maybe we get it in march?
I already have LoZ:OoT and MarioKart64, for my fully working N64, so i wasnt anticipating these games. Im actually waiting 'till they release MarioRPG Legend of the 7 stars and LoZ:MM.
I could care less about Ocarina. I have two copies of the game, one each for N64 and GCN.

I want Nintendo to translate Fire Emblem, I mean come on. Do it for the fans you lazy developers. A half ass translated would even be appreciated. I just want the first 5 in English.
