Thinking about it, if all those people hadn't stood in line and bought the PS3 only for ebay, the PS3 launch would most likely have failed spectacularly. It sold out in retail outlets only to end up on ebay and look what happened there. The price fell, and fell, and fell.... A few weeks after launch and the ebay price was around the same as retail. And now, you can pick it up on ebay at a price cheaper than retail. No gadget should be selling for less than retail price when it is little more than two months old. 'Tis truly a bleak future unless Sony does something drastic, and fast.

oh flippin wah... The only good thing about a PS3 is Blu-Ray, and we're talking about gaming systems people... i love my revolution and my buddy loves his 360, but we both agree on one thing, PS3 sux, no games and a high price range, not good buisness strategy.
At least 360 is the king of online consols, too bad i wouldn't pay for online play... that's what a computer is for.

wow sony is cocky! we have blue ray! sony you are playing with fire! if the PS3 has blue ray and the people go for HD-DVD than that makes the PS3 not a toy but a worthless peace of equipment! I'm wating till somebody wins the format war! if the PS3 is the deciding factor It won't be for me! forget it I'll keep my wii it's safe! and it's fun! nintendo rocks!
