Is it just my blockbuster, or does any blockbuster have any wii or ps3 games available to rent? and does anyone know when they are going to have some?
Mine has tons of Wii games.
All 3 of my location here in town have them. i think hollywood video even got their wii games in but not ps3 yet
My blockbuster had wii games like a week after the wii launched
Yeah I haven't been there for a while but I know they had some before the new year already (very few though).
My local Blockbuster's had Wii titles since launch.
THis is really funny, cause I go to a local family owned video store and it has all the current Wii games for rental. They even had a PS3 hooked up to a LCD HDTV until the system kept overheating on them....I hate blockbuster anyhow. Had tons of troubles with them, and I will no longer even go into one of their stores.
The local Blockbuster here doesn't have any games of any console for rent. They only rent movies. Sad

So where do you go to rent games in Thailand?

I can't 'rent' games in Thailand at all but there is one store that I go to buy games and they kinda have an option to rent but it goes like this:

First you have to give them $50 dollars (translated from baht for ease) to become a member, then you can 'borrow' Wii games for 2 - 3 days. After one year you can pick one Wii game of your choice and get it for free. This is all if you believe them to start with and trust that they won't disappear before a year is up.

However, since I buy all my games and accessories from that store they let me try any games I want when I go there. They have a 36" LCD and the Wii setup in the front. That's normally how I try games before I buy them.
It's pretty weird, but if you look up "Nintendo wii" on wikipedia, there's a stack of wii consoles at a blockbuster location! However, the way they are stacked the boxes look like display boxes.

I never buy things at Blockbuster. It's always overpriced and when something gets a price drop they never bring their prices down. They don't have a very good selection either. I'll bet that if I walked into Blockbuster now and found a GameCube launch game like Luigi's Mansion they'd still be selling it for $40+.
Well, my Blockbusters suck glass balls, so I dunno.
Same as Majordomo- games since launch, they get them the week they come out too.. even tho when i tried to rent metal slug, they hadn't put in the computer yet, even tho it was on the shelf! whoops!
