During the past week people have been debating the release date of Sonic and the Secret Rings. Is it Febuary 20th, 27th, or neither. Until recently Sega has simply listed the game as Q1 2007, but in an update Sega has revealed that the blazing blue hedgehog will be making his Wii debut on Febuary 20th for $49.99 US.

I'm predicting that this game could garner better than expected sales due to lack of competition on Wii in Q1.

Sonic will probably sell like mad cuz it's a Sonic game, it's for the Wii, which so many people have, and as Kindrik said there is not much else available at the moment to go up against it. I may or may not buy it but I'll check it out for sure.
