I was watching one of the entertainment shows and ran across this topic, and just saw it was on Yahoo and I'd like to get everyone's opinion.
*what i'm telling you is from the teens at this party...
Lane Garrison who is in his mid-20's shows up at a teenage party. Many there were shocked to see him come in because when they saw him they knew he was far too old to be there. Some even asked why someone's dad was there (harsh, but ok).
Many there say he came to the party already drunk and had liquor already on him when he entered whoevers home. Later Garrison, in an attempt to go get my liquor got into his SUV with one 17 year old male and two 15 year old girls. While driving Garrison jumped a curve and stuck a tree which KILLED the 17 year old passanger.
In California a legal blood alcohol level is .08, Garrison's was .20.

I thought it was the most intellectually stimulating thing a person like yourself who simple posts "OK" in the forum could handle. I guess I was wrong so we'll go to animal stories....I'll have to check your off topic subjects and see what kind of masterpieces you've produced.

and in reference to your teenage lady comment - I've never seen the show, and I don't know him...and have never really given 1/2 a chit as to what celebrity is doing what and with who. unless i find that i despise them, and then im all about avoiding their stuff. i dislike when people stereotype like that, it makes me kinda sick. no offense. but back on topic.
he should be sentenced and found guilty of the crimes that he legitimately commit, actor or not. driving drunk happens all the time, so that doesn't necessarily hit harder or make me feel bad for him just because he's a celebrity. ive lost a lot of friends to idiots that do that, so when a death occurs rather than just hitting into a pole and damaging a car, i get pretty hateful if they're not charged with the right sentencing.
the cocaine in his system can probably be found in a good number of other celebrities as well; its really not that uncommon, so it'll probably be let go. and the whole age difference thing isn't as bad as some other people you hear about nowadays. at least he was relatively close to their ages, and not in his 30s. the one thing that the story leaves out is whether or not he will be brought up on charges for providing alcohol for minors, but he'll probably be let go on that as well.

and yeah. if you couldn't tell, i hate when people get away with things like that. but since there's a death involved, he should be fully charged. otherwise there are going to be lawsuits flying everywhere...i dont think/seriously hope that he wont get away with everything
It makes me think...if it was anyone one of us we'd have been in jail long before now, but he hasn't even been charged. If i was a nobody actor and got put on a show that has had some popularity...I'd not be a dick hanging around trying to get 15 year olds into bed, and just let the tv money roll in.
I've never seen an episde of this show.
