This puzzle is driving me insane, can anyone figure it out?

the goal is to get all 3 cups facing up. I think it might be a trick b/c when they show you how to do it the cups start out as Down, Up, Down. but when you play the cups start facing Up, Down, Up. Someone figure this out before i go nuts

it's exactly as you say it is...you'll always have an even number of cups facing up (either 2 or 0). at least, that's the conclusion I came to as well...

It has no solution thats why. Trust me im an Engineer trainee and i have seen many puzzles and dis one is IMPOSSIBLE!

Also, you notice that they go through such a long demonstration when really all that needed to be done was click the two down cups on the ends.
Like everyone else has said, it's not possible, 2 cups would have had to start facing down to have worked.
I'm a puzzle freak and normally I never saw something is impossible because it looks impossible but I really do think this is someone's idea of a joke and I don't think it's solvable. Look at it backwards, they want you to get all cups facing up. However, you'd have to be able to have 2 facing down with one up (which is how they have it in the sample) in order to be able to do it. Don't let it bother you that you can't do it. It can't be done.

Yeah, someone's idea of a joke, kind of like those IQ tests that ask people the same questions over and over again when all they really are testing you on is how long it takes you before you stop answering questions.

Look, the person who made the game, if you will play and see, made it so pressing different cups changes the posistion of another cup. If you watch what they show you, you see that they press the middle one first. If you try this, it won't do what they show that the cups are supposed to do.
it does not work. he programmed it to be impossible. I'm not saying this just because I can't do it.

to beat it, you have to start with two down and one up, which is impossible.
I should have known. After all albino black sheep is notorious for it's Sabatoges and this is just another implicit form of it.
