How about they combine GH1 and 2? That'd be awesome. And add downloadable tracks with WiiConnect24... I dunno.
But this is awesome news.
that sounds good to me...i wouldnt mind a guitar controller that plugs into the wiimote rarther than using some combo of wiimote or nunchuck...but i will take whatever
Nooooooooo! Now I have to decide b/t 360 or Wii versions.
I'll choose the Wii version.
Its not like Guitar Hero is a graphically impressive game... plus I'm not going out to buy an XB360 just yet.
gotta go with wii version, and i think this is what the future hold for the wii and other games so...
this will keep me from buying a 360...untill xmas
God has anwsered my prayers!!

Yes! This finally proves that 3rd Party support for the Wii should be overwhelming in upcoming years. EA Games and Ubisoft are on board, but they've so far produced crappy games. A successful genre like GTA, GH, The Sims, etc. could easily catapult the Wii into big third-party lists.

I would not say that 3rd party support is overwelming...
Some 3rd party developers still think the wii has mesly graphics and don't want to take the time....I'd say...Ummm...Mabye Q2 2008 there wiil GREAT 3rd party support......I agree about the crappy games...If your gona put something on the market make it worth the developers money, our money and the company that put it out there!!
So... are they going to have a Wiimote attachment, or is it going to be Wiimote-Nunchuk Air Guitar Style?
thats where the interest is for me, hope its a guitar

Most 3rd party developers don't consider the Wii as a joke anymore.
The Wii has sold well over 4 million consoles, is continuing to outsell the XBOX 360, and demand is so high that very few people can get their hands on one. Third party support up until Q4 2007 will be lacking; more PS2/PSP verts will be making their way to the Wii. But, come 2008, many big game developers will jump on the boat because the Wii Will be the best selling console out there.
Bandai-Namco, Square Enix, Activision, and other big developers will all be on the boat, I'm betting.
agreed, all aboard the wii-train developers
ive already made up my mind to get the 360 version, theres no need to speculate about additional songs cuz they will be on xbla
