kevin pereira bashed the VC, whined about the game drought, online, lack of original downloads, need for solid release dates, all good points

the Kotaku.com guy represented for the wii very well i thought and basically said that with time 3rd party support will be there, and he was cautiously optimistic for the long term sucess of the wii

basically, nothing we didnt know, but i enjoyed watching the debate

I've said it once, I'll say it again.

Attack of the Show don't know sh*t. We'd know alot more about games if we just ignored them and occasionally pat those guys on the head and feed them a scooby snack to shut them up.

Kotaku on the other hand are good. I find their site very useful, and feel they know what they are on about.

again...he has already proven the gaming community that he has no real say in whats good or bad in the industry because he is the ultimate fan boy. He trashed a DSLite calling it flimsy... I guess ripping a small portable device in haft is flimsy >=[

He's trying to rip the Wii and its VC games apart... Ok... I love XBL! I really do the XBLA games are not all original.. alot of them came and originated from the PC Flash games from Newgrounds & Macromedia. The VC games on the Wii are game that you COULD possible Emulate on your PC, that is correct. Its an illegal activity and till this day I havent found a solid Emulatur that wouldnt crash my computer with viral trojon horses... besides Project 64.

All and all... Kevin is a fan boy.... period.... only opinions... to backed up facts... the VC games are great IMO... how original can you get dating back to NES and Sega Genisis?

Kevin loves the Wii and only bashed those things to be on the opposite side. Can't have a debate without an opposing argument. I know Kevin knows a lot about his style of games (Guitar Hero, Halo, Gears, etc.) but when it comes to a general knowledge of gaming he knows about as much as we do. Adam Sessler on the other hand (while I don't like X-Play) knows quite a bit about the gaming world. AOTS isn't really about gaming anyway (not like it was with motherboard) it's now about "all the stuff you care about".

aots sucks anyway. the screensavers was so much better than aots, especially before they started converting their format from tech to entertainment.

AOTS with Motherboard > Current AOTS.

Adam Sessler may know alot but his show with Morgan Webb also sucks... alot fo their reviews seemed biased and only appeal to US audiances... not even that.. they prolly just read off a script.

Ugh I hate AOTS. I think the only reason people watch it is because there isn't really another show out there that gives the same kind of information. All of the personalities in this show (especially the hosts) are terrible. Why can't someone make a *good* videogames/technology show for TV?

Kirsten Holt, Because they are and I even enjoy watching them because some of the idiotic things they say make me laugh. It's entertaining sometimes but I pefered screensavers. In the poll they had 51% said the Wii has a weakness to 49% saying it dosen't.

The surprise launch of the Everyone Votes channel should show enough that Nintendo has enough up their sleeve to keep their customers happy.

All I could see in this whole debate was AOTS addressing the typical retarded a*s American's inability to wait a few months for a game. I hope those people go kill themselves in the next few months while waiting.
