Unlike some of you, some of us lazy people dont have jobs so we can't afford a big 500" lcd flat panel hd plasma super laser atomic television....

so would playing a Wii on THIS tv be good?  I know its not that big, but its a flatscreen and it is quite a step above my current 13" i have in my bedroom lol.
Will it be a step up? Sure. Will it be worth $100? Probably. If you can scrape together $500, you can catch a good deal on a better TV than you would expect though. Perhaps pick up this 20" to hold you over, then start saving?
Sure, flat screen, cool, if you want to spend $100 on it go ahead, it looks worth it.

But you know what would be cool? An HD TV thats only that big XD.
I'm sure they exist.
You should look for a TV with component ins. My TV was only like $150 and its supports resolutions up to 1080i. Plus its only 21inches.
I agree with Rooster. Here is a TV that I will personally vouch for the brand. Up until now, I had nothing but Sanyo TV's, and never had a problem with them. It's only another $50-$60 more than the Emerson one you picked out, and it DOES HAVE component inputs. Check it out:

That's a fine TV to upgrade to, but I think if you're willing to spend a bit more then you should go for the one RA posted.
Hey, hockey! XD
It's a fine tv, and should pick up the signal decently.

I saw that ad in my sunday paper lol, showed my dad, but I dont think he wants to buy a new tv yet.

my new tv we just got is the exact same size as the other one, but is a flat crt and it even supports 480i component. pretty good for now.
