While surfing Amazon.com I noticed that they had a
Wireless Sensor Bar in their 'upcoming Wii games/accessories" section. It's from the Nyko Technologies who are the guys who made the
Wii Remote Charge Station. There apparently releasing a
Wireless Sensor Bar on February 27th. It costs 21.99 so if you find the wires a hassle or if you can't put your sensor bar were you want to then you might want to check this out.

I don't see a need for a wireless sensor bar because then you have to deal with more batteries.
Uh, don't think it'll need batteries. Probably has an attachement that plugs into the part were the normal sensor bar would and acts like an router point for the sensor bar. No batteries needed.
Product Features
* Infrared technology detects pointer and motion movements up to 20 feet away
* 4 AA batteries provide hours of use
* Perfect for home theater setups with wall mounted TVs or complicated cabling

:O didn't see dat. o well. Still something cool.
It's cool, but I won't need it. Nice find tho.
I probably wouldn't need one, but I'm sure some people might. That is good though that someone is developing hardware like this.
I wouldn't mind seeing a wireless nunchuck, if it isn't too bulky. Especially, considering games like DDR coming to the Wii... I can just see people playing that and getting a little too into it and ripping that wired nunchuck right out of the socket.

you were thinking it would be powered wirelessly?
don't worry, we all have those forgetful moments.
Wireless power FTW! That would be so cool really. No longer have to plug my laptop in when my battery is dead! Seriously though this is only for those of you who have some kind of problem with the wire not being long enough. I've seen this before but for my purposes I don't need though some of you may and it's here for you if you need it.
Freakin sweet. I used my Amazon Prime account to pick up one with free second day shipping!
ya a lot of people on Amzon are buying it, it said like 32%
Seems like a lot of people need it after all!
Edit: Cool I'm no longer a bomb-omb, now a Shy-Guy.

Bleh, no need for it, I can live with the wires not being in the way what so ever because all the wire go behind my big TV stand so you can't see them at all.
if it was me, i'd just buy the ir leds and cob-job one up like i did with those homebrew component cables. fun times!
